FULL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

This is the traditional role of Architects. Full Architectural Services are determined by the Architects Professions Act No 44 of 2000 and is inclusive of six work stages, namely; Inception, Concept Design and Viability, Design Development, Documentation & Procurement, Construction and Project Close-Out.

CONCEPT VISUALISATION AND MARKETING MATERIAL

The Vision Portfolio Service is aimed at Clients that are in the process of marketing their project and sourcing funding. We provide professional architectural visualisation and audi-visual material for marketing purposes, including print media.

LET’S MEET- HOURLY CONSULTATION SERVICE

Special advisory services for individual’s or organisations in the research phase of project planning and initiation. This service is a low commitment opportunity to get expert advice, before making important decisions, by getting answers to project critical questions.

OTHER SPECIAL SERVICES

We offer a range of Special Architectural Services such as master-planning, space planning and building audits.
